Privacy policy.
What data VerdictLabX collects, what we do with it, and what we don't do with it.
Last updated: February 2026.
VerdictLabX ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit verdictlabx.com and how that information is used.
What we collect
- Standard web analytics: IP address, browser, device type, referrer, and pages viewed. We use this to understand site traffic in aggregate.
- Newsletter email address (if you subscribe). This is stored only for delivering the newsletter and can be removed at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- Retailer-side purchase data, when you click an affiliate link. The retailer, not VerdictLabX, collects this data; we only see aggregate commission reports.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.
- We do not use cross-site advertising trackers beyond standard retailer affiliate cookies.
- We do not create advertising profiles or use retargeting.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic, and we do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Retailer affiliate links may set their own cookies when you click an outbound link. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to any VerdictLabX content.
California residents
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information. To exercise any right, email [email protected].
Children
VerdictLabX is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
